For the coming few days, the Meteorological Centre, Ranchi has issued a forecast of light to moderate showers across the State from August 30 to September 2. This could also be accompanied with thunderstorm and lighting activity.

“Till about September 4, monsoon will be slightly weak in the State. This is because the monsoon trough will be passing below Jharkhand. However, it is expected to revive across Jharkhand.
