During this visit, he engaged directly with the local community at the Hurlung Panchayat Bhawan in Birsanagar as part of a direct dialogue program aimed at understanding the needs and concerns of the residents.
The event was inaugurated with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony by Governor Gangwar, symbolizing the beginning of an open and transparent dialogue between the state's highest office and the people it serves. The Governor interacted directly with school children and rural women, emphasizing the importance of direct communication and community engagement.
In his address, Governor Gangwar stated that his primary objective for the visit was to engage in a direct dialogue with the local populace. They also raised concerns about basic infrastructure, healthcare, and educational facilities.
Gangwar responded empathetically, acknowledging the problems shared by the community members. He reiterated that the development work undertaken by both the central and state governments is meant to reach the grassroots level and improve the quality of life for all citizens. He encouraged the public to continue communicating their issues through letters or other means to ensure they receive the attention they deserve.
The entire district administration was present at the event, reflecting the importance of the Governor's visit and the commitment of local officials to addressing the needs of the community. Governor Gangwar assured the public that their problems would be resolved and that the administration would work diligently to ensure effective implementation of government schemes and programs.
In a move to promote self-reliance among women, Gangwar distributed hand sewing machines to several women from the village.
Furthermore, the Governor recognized and celebrated the achievements of the top students in the local schools. He presented them with trophies and certificates, praising their hard work and dedication to their studies.
During his interaction with the public, Governor Gangwar urged everyone to take full advantage of the various schemes and programs offered by both the state and central governments. He highlighted the benefits of these initiatives, which are designed to uplift marginalized communities and ensure inclusive growth.
At the conclusion of the program, Governor Gangwar demonstrated his commitment to environmental conservation by planting a tree at the Panchayat Bhawan premises.
