Five minors boys have been booked for sodomising a class 8 boy in Narmadapuram, the minors are students of class 9 who have been booked under POCSO Act.

On Monday, the victim student and his father reached the rural police station. After investigation, an FIR was lodged at 9.30 pm in the rural police station.

Rural police station in-charge Praveen Chauhan said that a case has been registered against 5 minor students and was committed earlier. Therefore, according to the Indian Penal Code, a case has been registered under old section 377, POCSO and other sections. The woman SI of the police station is on leave. Therefore, a woman SI was called from another police station and action was taken. The investigation of the case is going on.

On the other hand, the Child Commission has taken cognizance of the incident. Child Commission member Anurag Pandey said, 'I will personally look into the entire matter. If someone has been willing to delay, then we will also seek answers from them.'

The student said that for two years, all five students have been doing wrong with him. They threaten. Other students of the class have come to know about this, after this other students have started teasing him. It is being told that due to this the student went into depression. When his health deteriorated, his father brought him home from the hostel. When asked, he told the parents about the incident.

The student and his father reached the rural police station on Monday and complained. The case was registered late at night.
