In preparation for the visit of the Chief Minister,  Hemant Soren, to Kaju Maidan, Dobo, on September 10, a crucial meeting was held by District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner  Ananya Mittal. The meeting, held at the Collectorate Auditorium, focused on the arrangements for the 'Aapki Yojana-Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar' program, where beneficiaries from East Singhbhum and West Singhbhum districts will participate.

The program, part of a government initiative to bring welfare schemes directly to the people, will include the distribution of assets and acceptance letters to beneficiaries. Additionally, several schemes will be inaugurated and foundation stones laid during the event.

Mittal provided detailed guidelines to the officials regarding transportation arrangements for beneficiaries, seating and refreshments, and overall event management. He stressed the importance of coordination among departments to ensure the smooth execution of the program.

To ensure the seamless organization of the event, District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner of Saraikela Kharsawan,  Ravishankar Shukla, along with his East Singhbhum counterpart  Ananya Mittal, conducted an on-site inspection at Kaju Maidan. The inspection team also included SSP East Singhbhum  Kishore Kaushal, DDC East Singhbhum  Manish Kumar, PDITDA  Dipankar Chaudhary, SP Saraikela Kharsawan  Mukesh Lunayat, and Rural SP East Singhbhum  Rishabh Garg, among other administrative and police officials.

During the inspection, officials reviewed key aspects such as venue cleanliness, the construction of a temporary helipad, parking arrangements for visitors arriving from various routes, and seating arrangements. Guidelines were also provided on maintaining law and order, ensuring an adequate supply of drinking water, mobile toilet facilities, and medical support, including the availability of an ambulance and fire brigade. The need for proper barricading and signage at strategic points was also emphasized to facilitate smooth traffic movement and visitor management.
