The Canara Bank has provided scholarships to 518 meritorious students belonging to backward castes and tribes in Chhattisgarh as part of their Dr. Ambedkar Vidya Jyoti Scholarship Scheme.
Under the Corporate Social Responsibility, the bank provided scholarships ranging from Rs 3,000 to Rs 5,000 to children in government or government aided schools.
