A Hyderabad bound flight of a private airline made an emergency landing after a 'Explosion @ 9:00 AM' was found written in the bathroom of the flight.
The flight that took off from Jabalpur to Hyderabad made an emergency landing in Nagpur. Actually, it was written in the washroom of the flight 'Explosion @ 9:00 AM'. After which the flight landed in Nagpur. Here the plane was inspected. Nothing was found in it. After which the flight was sent to Hyderabad in the evening.
IndiGo flight number 6 E-7308 took off for Hyderabad from Dumna Airport in Jabalpur at 8 am on Sunday. It was supposed to land in Hyderabad at 9:40. But it landed at Nagpur Airport at 9:10.
This flight remained in Nagpur for over 6 hours. During this time, officials of security agencies questioned the 69 passengers and 4 crew members present in the flight. The luggage kept inside the flight was also checked. During this time, Maharashtra Police along with CISF along with bomb squad and dog squad were also present.
Neeraj Kumar, director of Dumna Airport, Jabalpur said that Nagpur Airport Authority officials said that the news of the bomb was completely a hoax. However, investigation is going on, who and why spread such a rumour in the plane, is being found out.
The flight was thoroughly checked in Nagpur. Nothing was found in it. No suspicious thing was found. After which the flight was sent to Hyderabad at 3.30 pm. The flight reached Hyderabad at around 5.30 pm.
IndiGo manager Hina Khan said, 'There are 69 passengers and 4 crew members on board the plane. Shortly after taking off from Jabalpur, Jyotismita Sakia, who was part of the crew, went to the washroom. Here a message written in blue ink was seen on a piece of toilet roll. It read- 'Explosion @ 9:00 AM.'

The flight was diverted to Nagpur. The Bomb Threat Assessment Committee was informed by the MIL Security and Terminal Department. After this, the plane landed at Nagpur Airport. All the passengers were evacuated from the plane. The security team is also trying to gather information about who wrote this message and when?
