Under the pre -determined schedule under the aegis of the Chief Electoral Officer's office, the five -day training cum certification program of the first phase of ROs of all assembly constituencies and more than 140 AROs was organized from 27 August to 31 August. For this, training programs were organized in various batches for the auditorium of the Chief Electoral Officer Office and the office bearers at JCERT Ratu.

During the five -day training session, the main instructors of Jharkhand, including Election Commission, Odisha, Haryana, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, gave order -wise training to the office bearers in various sessions.

At the same time, Chief Electoral Officer K Ravi Kumar addressed the joint session of all the trainees. In his address, he highlighted some of the unexpected election related common mistakes and their measures for their resolving.
