In order to discuss the possibilities of cooperation between Heavy Engineering Corporation limited and Czech companies, a team led by Miloslav Stasek, Ambassador of the Czech Republic in India, visited HEC on Friday. The other team members were Jiri Janicek, commercial counselor of the embassy, Ivan Kamenik, representative of trade promotion agency Czech Trade (part of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic), and Akhil Malhotra, representative of the company Vitkovice Machinery.
Vishvajit Sahay, CMD, HEC along with all directors & CVO welcomed the ambassador and the team at the corporate office. A small presentation on HEC was shown to the visiting team and discussion took place regarding increasing business volume between Czech companies and HEC.The team visited the foundry & forge plant and showed keen interest towards the ongoing operations. The ambassador was very optimistic that the Czech companies would come forward to be associated with HEC for all necessary support to enhance its business.
